An 8-hour workday with two days off a week and two weeks' vacation a year was first proposed by British manufacturer Robert Owen over 200 years ago. - Any type of alcohol. We consider alcohol a legalized poison, a drug and a depressant. Alcohol destroys thinking, perception, it is the main cause of crime, violence, destructive behavior.
- Any type of tabacoo smoking (including snus, vaping or hookah). Tobacco, like alcohol, is a legalized poison and drug. It has been convincingly proven that tobacco causes cancer, which is incompatible with our belief that life is the most important value.
- Addiction to games, casinos, and betting. Any such dependencies, lack of self-control, means that we will not be able to find a common language, common motivation and common sources of inspiration.
- Obsession with religions, astrology, tarolgy and similar pseudoscientific theories. We are adherents of critical thinking. We embrace atheism as a commitment to reason and evidence.
✊ Zero Tolerance for Discrimination & Oppression
We stand firmly against any form of discrimination, misogyny, or violence. Equality and respect are non-negotiable. We despise any form of harassment, stalking, abuse. Women working in the company are completely safe.
- For us, only safety, dignity, and respect matter. We despise and reject outdated religions and barbaric social customs - they are immoral and have no place in a civilized world. We will not tolerate oppressive traditions disguised as faith or culture - they belong in the past, not in our future.
- Patriarchy and the systemic oppression of women have kept society from evolving into something truly humane. Centuries of discrimination, violence, and archaic gender roles have deformed culture, turning it into a relic of barbarism rather than progress. But not here. In our company, this backwardness ends now. We will not tolerate sexism, bigotry, or the toxic legacy of male dominance. Equality isn’t negotiable—it’s the only standard we accept. Those who cling to these savage traditions have no place among us.
🌍 Eco-Conscious & Sustainable
We care deeply about nature, minimize waste and save resources. Responsible resource use is embedded in our daily operations.
- Only separate waste collection. Of course, after we have used all the possibilities to minimize waste.
- One day a year we clean up the forest area and plant trees. We support initiatives to protect and restore nature, to help squirrels and hedgehogs.
- We design energy efficient electronics. Energy recuperative recovery, active power factor correction, use of microcontrollers where embedded Linux is redundant.
- Of course, we are helping the Ratuf Squirrel Nursery in India. The population of ratufa squirrels is being restored in this reserve.
